Beta Sincro Water Pump Protector

The Jitsie water pump cover protector for Beta Sincro models provides effective protection for one of the most exposed and vulnerable engine parts. CNC machined from 7075 aluminum, it shields the water pump cover from impacts, mud, and debris while maintaining a precise fit around the casing and hoses.

Designed for quick and simple installation, it mounts using the original bolts with no modifications required. A practical, lightweight upgrade to keep your engine safe during competition and training.

HOW TO INSTALL 

• close the fuel tap by pulling the fuel tap lever
• carefully lay the bike on its side to help prevent coolant from dripping out of the water pump cover when removing the bolts
• loosen and remove the original water pump cover bolts
• position the Jitsie water pump cover protector over the original water pump cover
• reinstall and tighten the bolts (⚠️ do not overtighten the bolts)
• check that there is no coolant leaking after installation (if so, tighten the bolts slightly more)
