Thank you for shopping with Trials Superstore. Please review the following terms and policies before placing your order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

• The item must be new and unused.

• The original packaging must be new, clean, and in resalable condition.

• The return must be shipped back to us within 15 days of the date the item was delivered.

Eligible returns will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item, less a 3% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items or packaging that are not returned in new, unused, and resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, wear, or missing/damaged packaging may be refused.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Returns Due to Our Error

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the return is determined to be the result of our error, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange to send the correct or replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Please do not install or use an item you believe to be incorrect or defective before contacting us.

Shipping Costs & Undeliverable Packages

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us because the recipient:

• Was unavailable to accept delivery;

• Refused the package; or

• Provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or other incorrect shipping information;

the original shipping charge will not be refunded. The customer may also be responsible for any return shipping or other fees incurred in connection with the returned package.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United States are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges shown at checkout and are determined by the customs authorities and regulations of the destination country.

Trials Superstore has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an international order, you agree to accept full responsibility for any additional customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees associated with your order.

Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items

Most in-stock products are normally shipped by the next business day. However, product availability can change, and an item may occasionally become unavailable or backordered.

If an item is shown as out of stock or you have questions about availability or estimated arrival dates, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policies apply.

Estimated availability and arrival dates are provided as estimates and are subject to change based on manufacturer availability and shipping conditions.

Sale & Closeout Items

All sale and closeout items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or closeout merchandise unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective.

Electrical & Hydraulic Parts

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on electrical or hydraulic parts.

Please make sure you have selected the correct part for your application before placing your order. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Dunlop Trials Tires

All sales of Dunlop Trials tires are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Dunlop Trials tires.
