Terms of service

If you need to return any item, it must be in new, unused condition with the packaging in new condition and must be shipped for return within 15 days of delivered date for a full refund of the purchase price of the item plus a 3% restocking fee (buyer pays return shipping costs, and we don't not refund the initial shipping cost).  If returned item and or packaging is not in new condition we will not give a refund. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, we will email a return label for you to ship the item back, and get the correct or non defective part right out to you if available.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable to accept delivery, refusing the package, or providing incorrect shipping information, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Customers may also be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to their orders upon arrival in their destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the products at checkout and are determined by the customs regulations of the recipient's country. By purchasing from us, customers agree to bear the full responsibility for any additional fees, taxes, or customs charges incurred during the shipping process. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict or manage them. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties or taxes applicable to your order.

Out of stock or backordered purchases:

Normally products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which you won't be able to add it to the cart to purchase. Please call if you have any questions about availability and eta. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or closeout items. No returns on "electrical" and "hydraulic" parts.
