More than 50 years ago, the sandy, gravelly soil of the Netherlands - and the resulting engine failures - proved that foam and paper filters provided airflow to the engines, but failed at protection. Twin Air's revolutionary fused dual-layer design (now widely copied) combines performance and protection. The fused layers of open-pore foam and fine interior foam trap even the smallest particles. The new rounder design improves airflow. The same goes for minimized seams made possible by a revolutionary micro-gluing process: shorter seams = more foam = more airflow.
